MEC'ALP Industrie offers its customers boilermaking, sheet-metal and metalwork services.

MEC'ALP Industrie produces welded assemblies in steel, stainless steel and aluminium, from one-off pieces to small batches. We can manufacture parts of up to 5 t (overhead-crane capacity) and up to a maximum size of 12 × 5 × 4 metres (L × W × H).

We work in a wide range of sectors that require metal fabrication, such as industry, agri-food and construction, as well as the agricultural and private sectors.

We master TIG, MIG and arc welding techniques.

Assembly of various parts to produce a filter-support frame. MIG welding with diagonal and dimensional checks.

Fabrication of a walkway-and-stairs assembly to access a cabin and the upper floor of a building.

Fabrication, to supplied drawings, of a 4.6 × 3.2 m truck sub-frame. MIG welding with diagonal and dimensional checks.

Study, design and fabrication of a hopper supporting a magnet for the food sector. Made in 316L stainless steel with TIG welding and pickling.

From a set of drawings, fabrication and installation of stainless-steel pipework with its fittings for the chemical sector. TIG welding of the pipes with backing gas to prevent internal oxidation. Passivation of the whole assembly.

Our machine park includes

  • 1 TIG welding station
  • 2 MIG welding stations
  • 2 arc inverter stations
  • 1 plasma cutting station, cutting capacity 15 mm for mild steel
  • Various conventional machines
  • 1 hydraulic press, 20 tonnes
  • 1 AMADA ITS 50/20 CNC press brake
  • 1 plasma cutting table 3000 × 1500 with a Hypertherm 105 SYC generator

We work in our workshop, at customers' premises or on site for repairs, with a service vehicle equipped to operate fully autonomously.
